Transport & Logistics

Keep your operations moving with greater clarity and control.

Every trip earns or loses money, and most owners find out months later. Freight is agreed the day the load moves; everything that eats into it turns up afterwards, from different people, in different books.

Transport Operations OS

Trips, vehicles, drivers, diesel and money in one system

One afternoon

A truck gets back from a Nashik run on Thursday. The driver hands over a fistful of diesel slips, a toll receipt, and an unloading charge he remembers but cannot prove. Freight gets billed three weeks later. By then the diesel sits in one register, the advance in a diary, the toll on a FASTag statement nobody has downloaded. The trip that looked fine on the phone call has quietly lost four thousand rupees. Nobody finds out, because nobody ever puts those four things on the same page.

Transport & Logistics businesses manage a constant flow of

  • Vehicles
  • Drivers
  • Trips
  • Diesel
  • Tolls
  • Maintenance
  • Customers
  • Advances
  • Documents
  • Costs

The operation

How the business runs — and where it stops being visible

Every stage produces information. The problem is rarely any single stage; it is that they never meet. The marked stages are where the record either stops, or stops being trusted.

  1. Enquiry

  2. Rate agreed

  3. LR issued

  4. Vehicle allocated

  5. Driver advance

Advance, diesel drawn and expenses claimed stop reconciling across forty drivers

  6. Loading

  7. In transit

Detention and extra charges get agreed on a phone call and never recorded

  8. POD collected

An unsubmitted POD is an unbilled trip, and only the driver knows

  9. Settlement

  10. Invoice

Where it breaks

The problems that cost real money

Not the ones a brochure lists. The ones that come up when you sit with the person doing the work.

Nobody can compute profit on a single trip

Freight is in one register. Diesel slips are in another. The driver's khata is in a diary. Tolls are on a FASTag statement. Assembling them per trip is a day's work, so it never happens, and vehicle profitability stays a feeling.

Driver advances drift, and always in one direction

Advance given, diesel drawn, expenses claimed, balance settled. Across forty drivers and two hundred open trips, the khata stops matching. Everyone knows it. Nobody can prove where.

Own trucks and market trucks are two businesses in one book

One has EMI, driver salary, tyres and depreciation. The other has a hire rate and a commission to a broker. Add them together and both sets of numbers stop meaning anything.

PODs sit in a driver's cabin and nobody bills them

An unsubmitted POD is an unbilled trip. That is working capital parked in a truck, and the only person who knows is the driver.

Documents expire at the checkpost, not in the office

Fitness, permit, national permit, insurance, PUC. Across a fleet, somebody always finds out the hard way.

Detention and extra charges get forgotten

The costs that turn a profitable trip into a loss are exactly the ones agreed on a phone call and never written down.

The rate was right two years ago

Diesel moved. Tolls moved. Driver wages moved. The rate contract did not, and nobody has recalculated what that route actually costs to run today.

What changes

What the system changes

Every cost lands on the trip that caused it, at the moment it happens, entered by the person who is standing there. The trip closes with a real number. Vehicle, route, customer and driver profitability stop being a monthly investigation and become something you can look up.

Custom & enterprise

When the product isn't the whole answer

Fleets above a few hundred vehicles, multi-branch operations, 3PL contracts with their own settlement rules, or an existing ERP that has to stay — these go beyond what the product covers. We extend it, integrate it, or build alongside it.

Our approach

However it gets built, it starts the same way

We spend time in the operation before proposing anything. The first three stages finish before a single screen is designed.

  1. Understand

    How the business actually works

  2. Analyse

Where time, money and clarity are lost

  3. Research

What the better way forward looks like

  4. Design

    Workflows, data and interfaces

  5. Build

    Modern, maintainable technology

  6. Evolve

    Improve as the business changes

Let's understand your operation.
