Transport & Fleet Operations
One connected view of your transport operations.
Transport Operations OS runs trips, vehicles, drivers, diesel, documents and money in a single system, so every trip closes with a real cost, and every vehicle has a P&L you can trust.

The problem
Keep your operations moving with greater clarity and control.
Every trip earns or loses money, and most owners find out months later. Freight is agreed the day the load moves; everything that eats into it turns up afterwards, from different people, in different books.
Read more about TransportNobody can compute profit on a single trip
Freight is in one register. Diesel slips are in another. The driver's khata is in a diary. Tolls are on a FASTag statement. Assembling them per trip is a day's work, so it never happens, and vehicle profitability stays a feeling.
Driver advances drift, and always in one direction
Advance given, diesel drawn, expenses claimed, balance settled. Across forty drivers and two hundred open trips, the khata stops matching. Everyone knows it. Nobody can prove where.
Own trucks and market trucks are two businesses in one book
One has EMI, driver salary, tyres and depreciation. The other has a hire rate and a commission to a broker. Add them together and both sets of numbers stop meaning anything.
PODs sit in a driver's cabin and nobody bills them
An unsubmitted POD is an unbilled trip. That is working capital parked in a truck, and the only person who knows is the driver.
The solution
How Transport Operations OS answers it
Transport Operations OS is one system for the whole trip. The LR is raised when the load is booked, the advance is recorded when it is handed over, diesel is entered at the pump, tolls import from the FASTag statement, and the POD closes the trip. Because every cost lands on the trip that caused it at the moment it happens, the trip closes with a real number instead of an estimate assembled three weeks later.
What it connects
One system, not four that talk to each other
Every area below reads and writes the same operational record. Paired areas are the ones that most often sit in separate tools today.

Modules
What the system handles
Start with what you need. Modules connect to each other, so data entered once is available everywhere it matters.
| Module | What it handles |
|---|---|
| Trips & LR | Consignment notes, multi-point loads, trip status, e-way bill reference, POD capture and submission tracking |
| Vehicles | Own and market vehicles, ownership and hire rates, running cost, tyre history, odometer, availability |
| Drivers | Driver master, licence validity, trip allocation, advance khata, settlement history, salary or trip-wise payout |
| Diesel & fuel | Pump entries, fuel card and FASTag statement import, per-trip diesel, mileage by vehicle and route |
| Trip costing | Freight, diesel, advance, toll, detention, loading and unloading, commission, assembled into one trip P&L |
| Maintenance | Breakdown and scheduled service, workshop jobs, spare consumption, cost per vehicle per kilometre |
| Documents | Fitness, permit, national permit, insurance and PUC, with expiry alerts before the checkpost finds them |
| Billing | Customer invoicing, rate contracts, supplementary charges, outstanding and ageing |
| Market vehicles | Broker and supplier master, hire rate, commission, advance to supplier, balance on POD |
| Reports | Trip, vehicle, route, customer and driver profitability; fleet utilisation; diesel efficiency; outstanding |
How it works with you
What you can expect
Fits your operation
No two plants run identically. Rates, approvals, document formats and reporting are configured to your business during implementation rather than forced into a fixed template.
Works where work happens
Weighbridge, yard, site and plant-floor entries are made on mobile by the people who are there, not re-typed in the office the next morning.
You're not left alone after go-live
Implementation covers data migration, training your staff and a settling-in period where things get fixed. After that we keep improving it as the operation changes.
Visibility & control
What changes once it is running
No percentages, because we have not measured yours. These are the differences the system is designed to make, stated plainly enough that you can hold us to them.
Better visibility
Which trips are open, which PODs are still in a cabin, which vehicles are idle and which documents expire this month — without making a call.
Better control
Rates, advances, credit limits and supplementary charges follow rules you set. The exceptions come to you rather than being discovered at settlement.
Less manual work
Fuel card and FASTag statements import instead of being retyped. Invoices build from trips already recorded, so billing stops being a re-entry exercise.
Structured operations
One LR carries the load from booking to billing. No stage has to be reconstructed later from a diary and somebody's memory.
Better decisions
Trip, vehicle, route, customer and driver profitability become things you look up, not investigations you commission.
Built for
Fleet owners running 10 to 500 vehicles, transport contractors working on rate contracts, and operators who mix owned fleet with market vehicles.
Built to grow
Start with one branch and the modules that matter. Add branches, vehicles, users and modules as the fleet grows — the same system runs ten vehicles and five hundred, and handles market vehicles alongside owned ones without keeping two sets of books.
